# I. Hướng dẫn sử dụng ghi nhận thông tin

1. Đăng nhập

* Nhập tên đăng nhập và mật khẩu để đăng nhập vào phần phần mềm.

2\. Nhập thôn tin khách hàng:

* Bước 1: Chọn đến mục "Khách hàng"
* Bước 2: Chọn đơn vị liên kết, ( Đơn vị liên kết là đơn vị mà khách hàng có nhu cầu đặt lịch )
* Bước 3: Khai báo đầy đủ các thông tin hành chính của bệnh nhân.
* Bước 4: Khai báo các thông tin Y  khoa (Import hình ảnh nếu có kết quả).

* Bước 5: Chỉ định dịch vụ: (Chọn dịch vụ khách hàng muôn đặt lịch)
* Bước 6: Chọn dịch vụ và ngày giờ đặt&#x20;

Bước 7: Bấm Lưu hoặc \[ Ctr+S ]và gửi thông báo đến khách hàng qua Zalo OA

3\. Xem ngày giờ làm việc của đơn vị y tế:

* Chọn đơn vị liên kết sau đó đi đến tab Lịch làm việc để xem giờ làm việc của đơn v

Lưu ý:

Hệ thống có thể đặt lịch cho bệnh nhân các thời điểm trong tương lai kể cả ngày hiện tại!
